In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we want to make it as easy as possible to return a product.
Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act, if you are not satisfied with the order or you have changed your mind, you have 14 days to inform us after receipt of the goods have been received, you are liable for the cost of the return. The cost of the original standard postage will be refunded but not any upgraded services opted for such as Next Day.
We extend our returns policy to 365 days, but items being returned after the initial 14 days must be returned to us in perfect resaleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund. It must not have been attempted to be fitted.
In either case you will need to fill in a Returns form which you can request by e-mail at admin@ukbathroomstore.co.uk our customer service team.
· They should be well packed and adequate insurance taken with your chosen courier, they should be returned with your original invoice to:-

The items must be returned unused and in re-sellable condition, including the original retail packaging. Fair deductions can be made to the refund if the item arrives back in a condition such that we cannot sell it as new or the packaging is missing or damaged.
Your goods must be checked for damage or shortage within 30 days of delivery, after this time we will not able to provide a refund for these items.
Once the item has been fitted or installed or attempted to be fitted or installed it is deemed that you have accepted those goods and we will not be able to replace goods as "damaged in transit" or "faulty" unless the fault is such that it could not have been seen before installation.
